Kasey's path to AI automation started in marketing technology. Spending years building marketing funnels, CRM workflows, and lead generation systems for businesses across every vertical gave him a front-row seat to a recurring problem: businesses were paying for powerful tools and using about 10% of their capability.

Before TightSlice, Kasey co-founded Genesis Mix Lab, an AI-powered music production platform. Building a full-stack application with AI chatbots, real-time audio processing, subscription management, and automated deployment pipelines taught him what most consultants never learn: what it takes to ship AI systems that work in production.

Genesis Mix Lab is not a side project or a resume line. It is a production application serving real users with real money on the line. The engineering discipline required to build and maintain it is the same discipline that goes into every TightSlice client engagement.
